January 12-13, 2019. 60km or 30km in classic or skating technique.
A unique experience in the heart of the alps!

kaiser maximilian lauf

The third edition of Kaiser Maximilian Lauf 2018 was truly a sunny one. After heavy snowfall in the weeks and days leading up to the race, the KML weekend started with glittering sunshine and perfect cross-country trails. The alpine panorama delighted participants from more than 20 countries and made the race an unforgettable experience.

We are very much looking forward to the next Kaiser Maximilian Lauf in 2019, the year of the World Championships! Once again, we are offering two races with two different distances, which can be run in classic- or skating technique. On Saturday, January 12th, the Visma Ski Classics race will take place over the original 60 km track. In addition, the 30 km route is offered: with start in Leutasch and finish in the WSC-Arena in Seefeld. On Sunday, January 13th, we will offer our skating fans both the 60 km and the 30 km route as on the day before.

The bus transfer from Seefeld to the starting point in Leutasch for the 30 km distance is already included in the starting price. We also look forward to inviting you again to the “Tyrolean after-ski party” with beer and roast pork.

It’s worth taking up the challenge set by the Kaiser Maximilian Lauf! #becauseyouareachampion
