A New Distance For Kaiser Maximilian Lauf 2018!
Kaiser Maximilian Lauf adds a new distance of 30 km to next years event, making the race possible for more participants on different levels! The new distance is available both for the classic and skating race. The 30km course starts in Unterleutasch and follows the second half of the original 60km course back to Seefeld. In the first part following the Leutasch valley before starting the climb up to the Wildmoos plateau. From here the route descends down to Seefeld and the finishing line right next to the Seekirchl chapel.
With the new 30 km course, more cross country enthusiasts can participate and enjoy the impressive natural surroundings Seefeld in Tirol has to offer. As a part of Visma Ski Classics, Kaiser Maximilian Lauf also offers the unique experience participating in the same event as elite skiers from all over the world.
The classic race will be held Saturday January 13th followed by skating on Sunday January 14th. Both days events and distances with a
mass start. The organisers offer a free bus transfer from Seefeld to the start. Clothing will be transported back to the finish area in Seefeld.
