The race starts in

The Kaiser Maximilian Lauf will take place for the 5th time on January 11th, 2020! The venue is the picturesque Olympiaregion Seefeld, which is located on a sunny plateau at 1,200 m above sea level and is known for its snow-sure winters.

The event offers the original race course of 60km and the shorter version over 30km in classic cross-country skiing technique in the midst of a stunning alpine scenery. 

Partly on champion-tested tracks, the course takes you from Seefeld via Mösern, Wildmoos and Leutasch before heading back to Seefeld and if offers everything that makes a cross-country heart beat faster: challenging climbs, easier flat sections and exciting downhills with a total height difference of 835 metres.

Winter World Masters Games

The Winter World Masters Games (WWMG) are the World’s Greatest Winter Sports Festival. In January 2020 more than 3,000 athletes will gather in Tyrol to compete in twelve sports in the Olympic spirit of performance, friendship and respect. A spectacular alpine setting, cultural highlights and state-of-the-art venues are the further ingredients for this unique festival of winter sports.

Participants of the Kaiser Maximilian Lauf have the opportunity to complete the 30 km classic race on Sunday, 12 January 2020, at a price of € 60,00. The registration takes place together with the registration for the Kaiser Maximilian Lauf.
